Report Card Three evaluation and feedback lines level 1

I'm trying to understand how FreeToastHost tracks the Evaluation and Feedback project in Level 1.I assume one of the three Evaluation and Feedback entries is for the required evaluation that takes place between the first and second speeches. If so, how is that requirement recorded from the meeting agenda? Does the evaluator role have to be linked manually to the project, or is it recognized automatically?

It is up to the club how you do this.
The project has 3 evaluation forms, one for the first speech, one for the second speech, and the final one is for the evaluation (which should be given last in the sequence).
The club can set this final evaluation role up as a speech project in order to be able to access the evaluation form from the agenda, or just use the regular evaluation role and let the member print the evaluation form off basecamp  (in which case the VPE will need to check the project as completed on the report card
