Not attending and Attending Print options now work correctly

The project is very fluid right now, If there are still issues please submit them again with the url were you are seeing the issue.

Two issues:
- If you are waiting for information to reconcile an agenda how can you tell which ones still need work?
- Clubs that meet on Sundays will have their agenda auto reconciled on the same day.

Member pressure will resolve the tardiness in getting reconciliation completed.

At the very least it should be a user configurable switch to have auto reconciliation on or off.

I have over 45,000 unreconciled agendas that tells me you are wrong.
Agendas will get reconciled on Sundays or sooner if the VPEd gets it done after the meeting as it always has been a requirement to do.

Club that meet on Sundays still have the ClubAdmin or VPEd who  can make required changes.

The meeting history page has whether a meeting is reconciled or not.

45,000 unreconciled agendas is because there was no benefit in getting the task done. Now with reporting that can be used to determine level requirements, there is a benefit, so I'd expect a change in behavior in most but not all clubs.

Doing a bulk update to get a solid baseline is a great idea.

I expect nothing, that is why it will happen automatically, with restricted ability to change if required.
