Linking Roles Question

I am trying to add a Timer role for the time report after the speeches, and another Timer role for the time report after the evaluations. I would like to link both of these to the existing Timer role that is used after Table Topics.When I go to the Roles dropdown menu, there are no roles listed. I’ve looked through the documentation, but I still don’t understand how to link the roles.Am I missing a step?

There is only one "Timer" Role
All the other Timer functions are "Role names" with a role of Timer

You still have not defined any Roles
