Member Mail function vs Officer Mail Function Clarification Request

I am logged in as a member and selected the Timer Role.  I go to the Mail Agenda box and it allows me to mail the agenda with the same options as officers.  Is that the intended function at the Member level?

For the Aug 18 meeting you were the timer and you are VPEd and have Agenda control. so yes you can do everything to an agenda.

went back a few meeting to August 4, 2026 where Tana was Timer.
She should have only been able to email herself.
that has been fixed. 

Officers and Agenda editors should still have email authority to everyone. 

 

Before testing this functionality I removed myself from the officer list by removing the VPE designation in member management.

Then I logged in as a Member because I wanted to see what a non-Officer would see.

When I posted the question I signed in as a Member not as and Officer. In the attachement I sent, you can see at the top if the page that I am logged in as a Member not an Officer.
