Clarifications on Member Email Groups

#102168
The documentation for Member Email Groups at:[url] docs.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/member-groups/ [/url]shows a dash under the Action column for the
Code:
contact
,
Code:
duespaid
, and
Code:
duesnotpaid
email addresses, while the other email groups have an option to send an email. I could not find an explanation for this difference in the documentation. Could you please clarify why these three groups do not have the same email option as the others?

Whatever you pasted didn't come through.
The duespaid and duesnotpaid are only used by the dues module, they are not external mail forwarders.
Thank you,

'contact' can be disabled by clubs. It wouldn't make sense to have an email button when the address might not exist.

The two dues emails are for the exclusive use of whomever (Treasurer) is responsible for dues collection and accounting. No one else should have the ability to send such an email. Only in the dues module can the paid/not paid recipients be tracked and assigned.
