How to sign in as ADMIN & 2 of my purchase dates for my VC & PM are wrong?

1.  re: Signing in as Admin to our FTH - "How to?" I've read here a few answers but I'm still not understanding and unable to log on as admin.  

2. re: purchase dates for - Presentation Mastery and Visionary Communication are wrong (?) - on my 'orders'
 PM purchased 08/06/2025  ~ you have FTH ~ 09/04/2025
VC purchased   12/31/2024   ~ you have FTH ~ 01/02/2025

And what does "Proficient" in VC mean? (my apologies for the double entry)

We're really liking this FTH.  Much to explore but fun learning curve.

Club #3177120 Jackson Early Birds is experiencing the same admin login problem. We can't edit anything at this time.

If it's your first time logging in, click on the "forgot your password" link at the bottom of the login popup window.

In the next window, enter your club number, then click on "Send reset link".

You'll get an email.

If you're not the official admin registered on the site, you'll need to contact that person.

As FTH has no direct way of telling when a member purchased a Path we based it on when they did their first project in your based on the historical Agendas.

As far as Proficient it is the term Toastmasters use  when you finish a path.
