Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

I have a member that has failed to login so many times, that he got a message that I should resend him a Welcome letter?
is there any way to reset this failure count? How many times is it?

I told him to, and he said it suggested that the admin should send a new member welcome letter.
Not sure he's reading the situation correctly, but that's what he said.
Is this a thing?
