Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Names, phone numbers, and emails may be different between FTH and TI for a good reason for the member. The TI number is constant. With the FTH3 download, I could easily spot missing or incorrect TI numbers and correct them on FTH. Having the numbers readily accessible is useful for FTH/TI synchronization, managing speech contests, and various other housekeeping issues

Also, the FTH TI number is "reserved for future opt-in cross-club account merging," so I put them in there to prepare for that Elysian future when FTH provides cross-club merged reporting.
