Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/fth4/e...ing-from-the-website does not indicate whether or not the link to the club's agenda is included in the email. It should explain whether it is or not and if not, how one can have it displayed at the top of the agenda.

In fact, the URL of the agenda is not included in the email.  I think it should be. All the time between when the email was sent and the time the recipient reads the email, other members might take roles that are represented as open in the emailed agenda. This is why it is my habit to visit the agenda instead of clicking the link in the email.
