Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Migrating to FTH4; your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin;

When configuring page access in the backend, selecting one officer role automatically selects all other roles assigned to that member. This makes it difficult to manage granular access permissions for individuals holding multiple offices.

Every officer position is listed as Position – Name, whether or not the seat is filled. An officer holding two positions is named beside each one, and ticking either box grants the access once.
Quote above from the Access Settings module. That's the intended behavior as access settings are listed by officer role so a person holding two officer roles will be automatically checked on both roles, regardless of which one is selected.

It still allows three separate people to have access to the various admin modules.

Can you expand on how it increases difficulty managing granular access permissions?
