Feature request: Edit Agenda Template workflow

When editing an agenda template, the general meeting settings and the template rows are currently presented in one long page. When creating or updating multiple template rows, it becomes cumbersome to repeatedly scroll through the general meeting settings to get back to the template row editing area.

Could the Edit Agenda Template workflow be redesigned to make the template row editing area easier to access and keep users from having to repeatedly scroll through unrelated settings when working with multiple rows?

The goal would be to make creating, editing, and reviewing multiple template rows more efficient and less cumbersome, while still keeping the general meeting settings readily accessible when needed.
