Selecting Pathways Project In Meeting Agenda

=9.0pt1.      =9.0ptIn Meeting Agendas, for a Speaker to select their Pathways project, the collapsible, pull-down choices that were in FTH3 were much easier to use. The “long list” in FTH4 (when a member has a number of paths) will lead to frustration and/or mistakes by members. In addition, it appears that only the Paths that the member has entered in the “Pathways Report Card” on the club website show up on the list. Can ALL the collapsible pull-down Pathways choices be added to FTH4?=9.0ptWhen a member enters into an agenda from Agenda View to add their speech information, they are limited to select from the Paths that FTH thinks they are working on in a particular club. An advantage is that this ensures that they select from their open projects. It seems that this lists only projects the member hasn’t previously completed. That limitation seems as if it wouldn’t allow for returning members who have been gone for a while and who might want to restart from the beginning, even though they don't have to (from a learning platform standpoint).=9.0ptHowever, when a member enters through the "Manage Agenda View" and clicks on "Edit", they seem to  get 15 or 16 project choices, including DTM, when they are entering their speech info.  Interesting that it's a different selection from this access path.=9.0ptIn addition, since we don’t have the full Pathways paths/projects pull down list like we had in FTH3, when the member tries to navigate by typing in the 2 letter designator, the results display in a non-logical order.  It would be better if the grouping was by path, by level, then by standard project order.

1) We have found that most people did not expand the correct path, they just searched for their project and picked the first one, right path or not.
2) We will only show those Paths a member puts as purchased in the profile, makes it much simpler for 90% of the members who only purchase one or 2 paths.
3) the order the paths are presented are the order that the person ordered their paths.
