Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Timer Sheet - Grace Period

In Meeting Agendas, the Timer Sheet doesn’t mention the “grace period” – which I think most clubs use. It does show a “Time’s Up” column that represents 30 seconds after the maximum time but doesn’t show anything for the 30 seconds “grace period” before the minimum time. Also, the Timer Script does not incorporate language for the “grace period” before and after the Minimum and Maximum Times. As far as I have been able to determine, this is not something an Admin can edit. Can the Timer Sheet be made editable by Admins?

Grace period is not mentioned in any manual or rule book that I know of.

I believe it is mentioned in contest rules. It is a practice that many clubs follow, based on my experience.

And the Timer Sheet does have the "Time's Up" column which shows what I call the "grace period" after the maximum time. We would just like to see the same for the 30-seconds allowed before the minimum time.
