Request: Schedule the email send of the agenda

Request: 
Ability to schedule an email send of the agenda.

Why?
The functionality of email agenda is an interactive screen which sends the agenda immediately.  Our meeting is on Monday, and I like to send it on Sunday afternoon.   Currently, unless I am missing a function, I have to log in to send.    It's something that I often forget or I'm busy, and so it gets set sometime later.

Ideal Process
Once an agenda is created, one could go to the "email agenda", select your email template, update it if necessary, then either send it immediately, or put in a date/time for future send.
 

Sorry no. Sending email requires manual intervention to prevent spam.

I'm not following that.

If you feel it could create spam, then  do a max of two schedules.

In mostother apps/social media, you can schedule items.  

I guess in theory someone could setup an agenda, and schedule it 100 times to send; however, that would be pretty extreme.  
It would mean a Toastmaster officer was intentionally creating spam to their members.

I would hope you would reconsider as the use case would save the officer time, improve process, and the thought that it would generate spam is pretty far-fetched.  Shucks, if someone did it, it could be a club error, kinda ike if they put porn as their image.

 

Sorry but no. we will not automate the sending of email.

I'm not following what FreeToastHost's exposure or risk might be.

Will go elsewhere to try to figure out what I am missing. 

Note:  I could just schedule it from my personal email, but that is extra work.
