Attendance & Look Ahead

Our VPE has been trying to make the "Not Attending" work for our look ahead planning.  She can readily see where she can put it into FTH for herself but cannot find where to put it in for others.  She knows she can put in "Absent" for a future meeting, but then "Absent" does not show up in the projected attendance report (found under meetings/ signup/attendance). Nor does any of the RSVP or actual attendance status show on the exported versions. Would it be possible to add "Not Attending" as something the VPE can enter for future meetings for members - this "Not Attending" functionality added (for VPEs and/or VPMs) to apply to members. Also can a change be made to get the names displayed (instead of something that can only be seen by hovering over to read). These changes could be a useful way to do look ahead planning and communications to members.  Unfortunately, without the ability to clearly see future "Not Attending", it means the VPE needs to maintain a side planning sheet that may or may not be in sync with the FTH.  As it currently is, this is adding work for the VPE
