Point system

.     I have a question about the points system. I really like it. I think that clubs can use it to motivate their members in a fun way. You have 2 points that are awarded for participating in Table Topics. I don't really understand how it is determined who to give the points to? Table Topic Participant is not something that is put on the agenda in advance. I read something about a recording? Is that through Zoom? If it is, how do in-person club members get awarded points?  If it is hybrid, do the people on-line get points, but the people in the room don't? This is something I was wondering about?

Club admin has the "Recognition & Points" card where all the points are assigned.
Points are calculated once an agenda is reconciled. If no one reconciles the agenda the system does it every Sunday
 

Recorded is a term meaning noted.
Look at the TTS role is is special just for Table Topics Speakers, so the speakers can be added to the agenda at the end or after the meeting and before the reconciliation.
