Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

.      I have added many documents to the “Pages and Links” page. Two of the things that I have included in that page was a membership application and a member profile page. I really like how I was able to group these 2 documents together. Would it be possible to have these 2 documents be standard with the program like the calendar. Would it also be possible for the Website Administrator to set up which Club Officer the forms would go to. For example, the membership application might go to the President, VP Membership and Treasurer. Whereas the Member Profile form would go to the President and the VP Education. The new members would complete the forms and hit a submit icon and the forms would then arrive in the club officer's email. I put these forms in the public folder so guests can have access to them.

Sorry no FTH is not a document repository. Your club is supposed to keep the signed documents in a safe place forever.
