Reassign Pathway & Level for Path Role Completions

The logic for role assignment updating path role items is based on "The paths are chosen first bought first filled" per information provided by Brian in a ticket.

Request:
Have the ability to reassign the role to a specific pathway.

Reason:  
Picture a toastmaster with 3 pathways going. 
They all may require roles, but, they may be pushing for a level completion, so want the role to apply to a specific pathway / level completion. 
When the VPE reviews, they see the item is missing, but, they also can tell by role that the role has been done.
Currently, the options seem to be are "undo" on the one pathway, and "override"  on the other one.  (This introduces risk of double counting roles)

Anyhow, it is complicated by the dates on pathways not being correct as loaded based on first time in agenda.  Of course, we can put support tickets to fix that.
It is further complicated by fairly common practice of having multiple paths in flight at the same time, and striving to complete a level for the club success plan.
