Create Report: Role Assignments by Pathway

Given the challenges with the assignment of roles to pathways, vpe'swill have to search for completions.
(Note: Due to the price increase, a number of members purchased paths in advance, so have multiple paths open.  in addition, club members will work on a level to knock off a count for the club success plan, so may start a new pathway prior to completing an older one)

The reports currently show roles a member has done by date ,but, does not show what it is assigned to on the pathway report card.

if the report existed, we could correct misalignments, undo an assignment, and force one.   (It won't be great, as it may cause issues if an agenda is unreconciled/reconciled, but, at least it gives us visibility to what is happening)
