Email Agenda to Others

I'd like to suggest something which might add value.

When you go to "Email Agenda", there are lots of options including "All Club Members". Can we include the other membership groups: Guests, Prospects, Friends/Affiliates, and Former Members?

It'd be a good way to email the agenda to any guests or prospective members so they know the meeting is upcoming. Previously, I would send the agenda out then forward it from my own account to the guests.

The Friends/Affiliates and Former Members, it'd be good for Open Houses and special events (Get togethers, holiday parties, etc) so they would be included as well.

Is it possible? What are everyone's thoughts?

No, because of the privacy laws. We cannot allow the system to send people names and pictures to non members.
Your guest,and friends have not signed the Toastmasters Internation Member application.

That makes sense; so let me build on the question and ask when selecting any of the other groups (ie Guests), what about automatically disabling "Including Members Names", "Include Members Photos", "Attending", and "Not Attending" options. Removes all personal data, but still allows emailing agenda with any location/zoom links.

Ti Legal said no when we set up FTH so no it will remain.

You can send a separate email from the basic email just not from the agenda system. Basic email has templates that you can setup the non agenda information on and  use that.
