Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Guest Lists & Search Function in Membership Management

I have an email account that is a guest to verify that guest emails have been sent, and it has been there for a few years (I know of no other way to check).  Presumably at some point this account will be deleted.  Will it be easy to add back (i.e., not rejected)?
Alternatively, could there be a function (tickbox?) that enables officers to select as to whether they receive the guest emails?

Regards
Neil Stichbury

PS: For a guest to opt-in to receive emails and then later flag the sender as a spammer is just plain wrong. Especially when the sender sends opt-out information in every email.  Many commercial enterprises work this way (opt-in - opt-out), I wonder how they handle it?

As long as the email is not in any other group in your club you can add it back in.

There is no right or wrong about it. It just is the way it is. People forget and when they see email they don't remember asking for it is marked as spam.
Thank you,
