Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

In Free Toast Host 3.0 any member could add an attachment to the agenda from their desk top using the feature at the bottom of the online agenda. They could just drag & drop, change the name & it was there for all to access.
In Free Toast Host 4.0 I am the VP ED, I can edit & add rows to agendas but cannot attach a file. 
I am also the club Free Toast Host website manager & the only way I can attach a file is by uploading it to the Member File Downloads first. This is not only cumbersome but impossible for a member who is giving a speech next week & wants to attach a file for participants to review before or at the meeting. 
My suggestion is to allow anyone to attach a file to the agenda & make it a drag & drop so we can do it from our desktop.
