Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden
At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

If you want to assign a member you need to tick
"Members may sign uo for this role"
Due to you are preassigning the role no one will be abler to sign up for it.
