Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

"OSTC" is specified on the Email & Contact Forms page as the email subject prefix, but [Optimal Speakers] is used for role changes (and I presume other emails). It should be [OSTC].

On further testing, I used the member management module to use Basic Email to send myself an email and there was no subject prefix. Nothing to indicate from which one of my clubs the email originated.

There may still be a problem. I added myself to roles once as a member and once as a VPE, adding someone else. Then I sent myself a Basic Email. I received the properly prefixed Basic email test, but I didn't receive either of the two Meeting Notification emails. I am the club VPE and Admin.
This is related to the  Email "Meeting Notification" defect report.
