Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

When printing the agenda, selecting either TM or  TM B&W, the zoom link appers overlaping text on the agenda

The TM Layouts put the agenda header in the left column.

If you put the Zoom address in the 'Online meeting URL" field, there's no need to have it in the agenda header. It will appear right under the 'Location' at the top of the agenda.

Admin console > Manage Agenda settings > Venues > Choose the applicable venue

(@FTH4 dev; Maybe longer links could be visually cropped in the TM Layout so they don't cross into the main page but still work if the agenda is printed as PDF?)

I'm in the admin console.  I'm sorry, I did a word search for "Manage Agenda settings" and it wasn't found on the admin console page.  Did you mean "Manage Agenda Templates" ?  There is a "Default Venue".  There is no default because we change venues twice a month. Or did you mean the "Venues" tab. Should I add a Zoom venue as a secondary option?  The problem in the print option only happens when the TMI printout is selected.  What am I missing?
