2 questions about the Report Card

1. In the report card, if a members level is actually complete on Basecamp but not showing as complete in the Report card, how do we mark that Level as Complete? (For example if the member completed a Pathway Level before the new requirements such as to take on meeting roles came in last year)

2. A member has a Path on their report card which they have not purchased. Am I correct in understanding that the way to fix this is:

• the VPE or Website Admin has to open the Report card for the wrong pathway,
• check the dates of projects misallocated to that path,
• then go back to the agenda for those dates and edit the project for that member to the correct path
• once the agendas have been edited, will the VPE then have the option to remove that misallocated path?

1) Please be specific, which member which path so we can see what the issue is.

2) then the ClubAdmin/VPEd submits the request to this forum to have the path removed.

Re my first question, about marking a project complete on the Report Card, I can give the example of myself, Jill Hobbs. I have completed levels 1-3 of Presentation Mastery, but on my Report card only L2 is shown as complete.
Level 1  of Presentation Mastery was completed in 2021. Back then, I had to do an Icebreaker, Evaluation and Feedback, and a 3rd project called Researching and Presenting (screenshot 1). Screenshot 2 shows my Level 1 Report Card - dates have been manually added for the Writing a Speech with purpose (which was actually the date of the Research & Presenting project). There was no Evaluation and Feedback #3, nor the Vocal Variety & Body Language project.
Level 3 of PM was completed in 2023 and you can see it is marked complete on Base Camp (see screenshot 3). My Level 3 Report card now has the date manually added for the Active Listening project, but down the bottom is now the Successful Leadership project which was not required back in 2023 (screenshot 4)

I am also working on Effective Coaching and have completed Level 1 but not yet L2. Screeenshots 5 & 6 show my EC1 report card and Base Camp. The date for Eval & Feedback #3 has been manually added. All required projects on the Repiort card are complete but the Report Card does not automatically register that the Level is complete, perhaps because the other Vocal/Body language alternatives are not marked done.

There may be other members with similar issues, but I do not have that information as yet.

The ClubAdmin/VPed always have the option of clicking the "Mark Done" and that will show the project as complete in the Report card.

OK, so if we take the example of my PM 1 report card (screenshot), This is my view as Admin. Can you please explain how this level would be marked complete?
Is it necessary to complete every line - either Mark Done or Not done?
I tried doing that, but that did not then make the level automatically complete

Report cards are rebuilt when you reconcile and agenda or once a week on Sunday. 
Just because you manually flagged a project as complete doesn't trigger a rebuild.
