Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Presentation Mastery Level 3 Report Card Question

I'm confused by the Presentation Mastery Level 3 report card. It appears to list 16 projects as requirements for Level 3. My understanding is that members complete one required project and choose two elective projects from the available options—not all of them.

We need to show everything that they could possible do.
We need to verify the code knows what the level requirements are.
