Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

The Toastmasters International Convention banner and Register button element on the beta site's home/landing page is overflowing on mobile devices.
