Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

UX suggestion for Word of the day field / theme of the day field

I noticed a new field for the word of the day!  I asked this weeks grammarian to fill it out except they couldn’t find it. 

I think the issue is that it is in an unexpected place.  People are looking at the grammarian row to enter those details.  (In much the same way speakers enter their details in the speakers row).


I also see there is a field for theme of the day.  Isn’t it the toastmaster of the day that decides and enforces the theme?  It might make sense to put the field in the toastmaster of the day row.

I am sure with a little training and a couple of uses the Grammarian and TOD with find the spaces for them to fill out the boxes.
