Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Meeting Details When Changing Templates

The default template is BET Hybrid Meeting. When I select the Zoom Meeting template, the meeting details do not update.Should the meeting details change automatically when a different meeting template is selected?

What do you mean by meeting details?
Are you creating a new meeting with the zoom template or
Are you applying the zoom template to an existing meeting?

I am creating a brand-new meeting and selected the BET Zoom Meeting template from the dropdown menu.My question is about the content in the Meeting Details box. Does this information automatically update based on the selected template, or do I need to re-enter the meeting name and venue?

The template doesn't have all the fields that are on in the Dated Agenda meeting description those fields will need to be added.

If setting up the BET Zoom Meeting template requires me to enter the Meeting Name, Venue, and Format, and I then apply that template when setting up a new meeting, I’m trying to understand why I need to enter the same information again in the Meeting Details box.Conversely, if the Meeting Details box is not populated with the information from the template, what is the purpose of entering the Meeting Name, Venue, and Format when creating the template if that information is not used when the template is applied?
