Recalculation of points and accomplishments in leaderboard

Hi team, 

I'm a Club President at 2270 Sociable Seafarers Toastmasters Club.

I created 3 past meetings and 3 future meetings, using the agenda template and roles I created earlier. 

We have a few roles in the agenda I don't want to count towards accomplishments and points so I checked the box for each of these roles in roles, agenda template and in each meeting separately. Then I reconciled past meetings again and selected to recalculate. 

The club leaderboard is still showing points for all of these roles that I checked to exclude from the tally. The only way the tally updates/removes these points is when I remove the person from the agenda. 

Is there anything I'm missing or is the recalculation a feature still in development?

Try reconcile the agenda first and then recalculate.

A. Turn the leaderboard back on (once). Admin Console → Manage recognition → tick "Enable the points system & leaderboard for this club" → Save. Set the point values here first, before correcting history, so you only recompute once.
B. To correct a past meeting:

1. Meetings → the past meeting → Manage agenda.
2. Fix the rows. Leave the meeting reconciled — do not press Un-reconcile; the Recompute button works fine on a reconciled meeting.
3. If attendance changed, do Attendance now too (Present/Excused are worth 1 point each here).
4. Scroll to the Reconciliation card → press "Recompute badges & points".

C. The important shortcut: that button rebuilds the entire club, not just that meeting. So after a batch of edits across several meetings — or after changing point values, or editing attendance — one click on any single reconciled past meeting is enough. They do not need to visit each meeting.

D. Only press Un-reconcile if a meeting genuinely shouldn't count. It removes the meeting from badges, points and the report card until reconciled again.

E. For report-card rows that won't move: Admin Console → Pathways Report Cards → the member. Any row with a grey override pill is locked to a manual entry and ignores the agenda. Press Clear on that row to hand it back to auto-credit. (Members see these as "Credited by your club" with no Clear button — it's an admin/VPE action.)

F. Name roles so they count. For report-card credit the role name must contain: toastmaster, general evaluator, topicsmaster / table topics master, table topics speaker, grammarian, ah counter / ah-counter, timer, or evaluator. Renaming "Meeting opening" → "Toastmaster of the Night" style names, or ticking the evaluator flag on the TT-Evaluator rows, makes them credit consistently.

I manually added the progress for each member that they achieved before the launch of the member space but moving forward I'm pleased to hear it's automatically added from the agenda!

In terms of the leaderboard, it's still showing points for roles that I marked as excluded from history/accomplishments in the agenda, roles and then updated the points. It only removes the person's points from the leaderboard if I remove them from the role completely (which I don't want to do).

Is it possible that the tick box to exclude from history and accomplishments is sending incorrect data to the leaderboard?

Set the points to zero for roles you don't want counted.

Found it! I completely overlooked the points for other roles. I set it up to zero and it worked. Thanks so much!
