Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

"Reconcile now" uses a UTC date/time stamp. I think it should use Admin Console | Basic Settings | Club Time Zone.

The server runs on UTC as it is an international server. A lot of the date times are stored as international UTC.

I recommend that intentional UTC time stamps be labeled "UTC"

I saw that is was a common bug throughout the site, no time zones on any date time on the headers.
Fixed them all.
