Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Meeting module only way to display upcoming Meetings

It appears that the only way to display upcoming meetings on the landing page, etc is to use the Meeting Agenda module and create a meeting. The calendar module can show events and meetings, and previously that was how you might have directed a potential guest to the upcoming meeting details.

If a club does not use the Meeting Agenda module, and there may be a range of reasons why, I'm a member of 2 clubs that don't for different reasons, and while we might change there is a huge education to members that would need to occur before we did that.

We could use the Meeting Agenda module to create meetings to go to the landing page but then the risk is that new members use that to sign up for roles, etc and that it turn creates confusion in that initial period.

Using the Calendar module, you can create an Event but that only shows in the Calendar.

You can create meetings with no roles so there is nothing to sign up for.
You worry about the ramp up education for the members to actually use the FTH agenda is very low. You would be amazed at how quickly they pick it up.
