Member Speech Report spreadsheet fails when start date is 11/06/2024 or earlier

FTH4 Beta tester Club 1294652 has found that the Member Speech Report (From Admin Console> Officer Centric> Meetings > Manage Meetings > Reports) curiously fails when the start date is 11/06/2024 or earlier.  But, it works if the start date is 11/07/2024 or later.  For evidence I have attached 2 files.  "Sheet export request yields error.jpg" is a screen shot of the report request using a start date of 01/01/2024.  "fth4 speech report IllegalCharacterError.jpg" is a screen shot of the error msg. On testing I found that the same request works fine with start dates of 11/07/2024 or later, but fails when the start date is 11/06/2024 or earlier.  We have been using FTH since 2014 and found it very useful.

A related topic is that I have found that the member Speech Report creates a separate tab for each member.  This makes it difficult to work with the result data.  Please consider sending the results to a single sheet for simpler access.

First, I tried to submit this as a quick reply, but it does not seem have been saved. if it was recorded, I can't see it.

Second,  To see if this reported error was specific to my club or all clubs, I had another Beta club test the same request on their fTH4 site.  They did not have the problem.
I then opened our reconciled mtg from 11/06/24.  As a test, I un-reconciled the agenda, went into edit, closed edit & reconciled the agenda again.  The error still shows if I request a report based on the 11/06/24 mtg.

Would you please look at the error statement that I uploaded with the original request to try to tell me what is wrong with that agenda.
