Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

How to Hide Menu Links as in FTH3?

How can we hide the FTH4 "Contact" page or replace the content with a link to the TI Prospective Member Mgmt process.

Club 1294652 and other clubs in D56 have been using FTH successfully for at least 12 years.  When TI came out with Prospective Member Management in Club Central in Nov 2024, we switched from the FTH3 "Contact Us" option to TI Prospective Member Management accessed from a link on a Custom Page.  Then we used the "Hide Menu Links" option for the "Contact Us" page to avoid confusion.  The "Hide Menu Links" page was found on ""Admin Console > Website Settings > Appearance".  We want to continue using TI Prospective Member Management initiated from a link to our club's "Find A Club" option on Toastmasters.org.

I have attached TI's "PMM Tool" introduction to Prospective Member Management from Nov 2024 for reference.

No hiding in FTH4.
We will look at the TI Prospect Manager.

Thanks for offering to take a look at TI Prospective Member Management.  Our implementation of this feature shows up in our "Club Pages & Links" menu as "Contact Club or Schedule a Visit".   We are concerned the 2 contact options would be confusing to guests and valued the FTH3 option of not showing selected pages.

Since there is currently no option to Hide the FTH "Contact the Club" page, we want to avoid confusion for possible guests trying to decide whether to enter their contact information on the FTH Contact page or our "Contact Club or Schedule a visit" page with the Link to Toastmasters Internationals Prospective Member Management (PMM).  So I have used the "Contact Us Form greeting" text box in the "Admin Console > Email & Contact Forms > Contact Us Form" of FTH4 Beta version.
I have attached a jpg of my version of the "Contact Us Form Greeting"

We would prefer the option that we had in FTH3 to simply hide the FTH Contact Option as per our original request.
Thank you for considering this request.

After thinking about how to point people to contact the club, I have a better idea than hiding the "Contact" option in the top banner.   Every club website needs a top menu option labeled "Contact" to channel visitors, guests & potential members to the club.
But, how about an option in the Admin Console > Website > Email and Contact Forms  that lets the admin choose to go to the "Contact Us Form" or a "Build your own Contact Us page".
This way, we get to take advantage of the Contact menu Choice + the built in page or a build your own page!!!  This would allow us to point right to our club Prospective Member Mgmt link.
