Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

TM Club 1294652;  As the admin I am trying to use FTH4 as per the excellent FreeToastHost Documentation.  It says "The Signup / Attendance sheet is where you sign up for roles and declare your attendance for upcoming meetings."  "Access it by clicking Signup / Attendance in the top navigation."
Apparently, Signup / Attendance is a Dashboard option for members signing in.  How can I access this option.

Signup / Attendance is accessible from the Meetings button at the top of the screen, for both club admins and members.

Club admin logins don't function like members', so they won't see the Signup / Attendance option in the same way that members do. 

The members' version lets them signup up quickly to agenda roles and also declare if (and how) they are going to attend. The admin's version is just a report to show what's happening — you can't change anything from there. (That has to be done elsewhere.)
