Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

New member welcome

I made some changes to the welcome template and wanted to test them.  I selected myself in the member group and chose RESEND WELCOME MESSAGE. It’s more than 30 min and I have not received it. 

We had two new members join in the past week. I just want to confirm if this is an issue and if the welcome message will need to be resent.

Try it now it should work.

You know your club still has "Send the New Member Welcome automatically when a new member joins" switched off in Membership Settings.

Thanks. Does that only send when I move someone from guest or prospect into MEMBER?

it only sends automatically when they are added directly to member.
You have to send manually when moving from one group to another.
