Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Club 1294652>  The Agenda Note field at the bottom of the Agenda page was very useful for documenting mtg items without a row.  We used it for listing impromptu TT speakers as they are chosen on the fly by TT Master.  I thought I saw a Note option earlier but cannot find the option now.

The note option is still there, but you have to be logged in as a user (not club admin) in order to use it.

The club admin can see it, but a member has to have added a note first.

I have now found that I can login as a user, so the problem is now solved.
