FTH4 does not email through my organization forwarding service.

I sometimes use an alternate organization email forwarding service.
My real email is steffan.carroll@outlook.com 
I use steffan.carroll.us@member.mensa.org to forward to my real email.
I just successfully sent myself an email to my forwarding email, but when I tried to create a new user in my club 1677, "FTH4_Test Member" using the forwarding email, I did not get the Opt-In message.
 
This is not a high-priority problem, but there may be something wrong.

As President, adding the member (FTH4_Test Member), I did not receive the usual Opt_in notification.
"You are receiving this notification because your officer role is configured to receive 'opt_in' alerts for Temecula Toastmasters.
Reply to this email to contact the FTH4 system administrator."

1) You don't have a backup email so no you cannot use it to send email to the club.

 

2) "FTH4 test member" only has a gmail email address for club 1667
