Should Members be able to export Vacancy List and Forward Planner

The documentation says those ( Vacancy List and Forward Planner) are Officer and VPE features.  I see them when I logged in as a member not as an officer.  Are members supposed to have access to those?
Also, I have not used a forward looking tool in the past.  I have attached the excel.  Is it being gernerated as expected, because it includes none role items like Feedback and Section Headers?   
 

Roles for forward planning only show those with people can signup.

I don't see why a person should be able to download if it helps them decide when and where to signup for a role.

The  Forward Planning  includes  roles members can not sign-up for: Section headers, Feedback lines, Introductions, Opening remarks are all identified and not a role to sign-ip for;



Also,  I suggest the Forward Planning not mix Meeting types: Special meetings with the regular meetings.  In the previous attachemt showing the forward looking plan, rows 6-9 are for a special meeting to be held in September and only one time.    

Forward Planner is a copy of all row on the agendas for up to the next 7 meetings
The Vacancies are just the vacant roles that you can sign up for.
the signup/attendance is up to 7 next agenda you can signup for roles and mark their attendance online real time.
 

It would pe helpful if it only showed the lines where is sign-up.  Is making this modification something doable at a future update?

Depends on how many request that change.
