Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

In FTH3, we set up the Member Downloads page so that it had something like a table of contents. For example, members could see categories such as BET Role Tips, Minutes 2025–26, Minutes 2024–25, and so on, and click on an item to jump directly to that section.Is it possible to create something similar in FTH4?

Yes you can create custom pages with links to the files.
The new file manager does folders much better.

I should have been more specific.  I meant as a top layer or table of contents for the Member Downloads box?

We have so much in our downloads, just want to help members find what they need.  So I created custom pages with links and stuff.
Here is my test page:  bet.toastmastersclubs.org/page/downloads-test-page/

Are you saying that I can create a custion table of contents and then modify the Member Download to look like my test page?

I'm thinking that the Member Download button isn't needed and actually confusing since it duplicates whats in the Club Pages & Links.

You can create the folders and organise it the way you want you just cannot change the format.
