Admin message modal window

Hey team, running into an issue with the login pop-up message feature.When I initially tested it, everything worked fine—I logged in, saw the pop-up, hit "Keep," and it saved to my profile and closed normally. However, several club members ran into a bug this afternoon. When the pop-up appeared for them, clicking neither "Keep" nor "Clear" would dismiss the window; it stayed stuck on screen. One member finally got it to close by clicking outside the modal box, and at our meeting tonight, three other members confirmed they had the exact same issue.I tried to recreate it on my iPhone and iPad, and it worked fine on both iOS devices (haven't tested on my laptop yet). It seems like it might be a specific browser or desktop issue causing the action buttons to become unresponsive. For now, I've turned off the message so nobody has trouble getting into the site.

We would need to know the members OS and browsers and versions

I've tried everything to recreate it.  Since 4 people said they had the same issue I thought perhaps it had something to do with the actual message I had entered.  Maybe a special character.  I reentered the message with no success recreating.  The one user that replied said they were using Chrome on a Windows laptop.  No details of OS version of Chrome Version.  One thing I noticed re-reading the original email.  The page actually submitted when he clicked and reloaded popping up the same message.  So it sounds like the submit worked and something on the backend server was causing the issue.  I wish I could give more info but all I know at this point is multiple users reported the issue and I can't get it to happen.  I'll let you know if anyone else has the issue.
