Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Please increase the width of the Phone Number field.
Please remove "Club" from officer names.

1) The "Club" in the officer name is how they are referred to in the Toastmasters international documents and that is how we will refer to them.
2) phone numbers don't wrap any more of course that came at the expense of other columns
