Can I set up a private meeting, visible to club officers only?

Hello, I'm messaging on behalf of the club 2270 Sociable Seafarers. 

I wonder if it is possible to create a private meeting - by private I mean it's visible to club officers only and doesn't show up on the public site. 

I'd like to use the agenda and meeting function for organising executive committee meeting, however the access should be given to club officers only.

Not at this time, not sure why you would care if people new your executive was having a meeting.

This is for instances when I link documents that contain sensitive information (easier to keep everything in one place)

FTH is not a file repository, you should not keep sensitive documents on FTH.

It's easy enough to do this outside of FTH, emailing members directly and storing docs in a cloud drive somewhere.
