Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

I ran a meeting role tally for one day. I wnated to run it for our meeting day August 18, but selected the wrong date, August 19.
