Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

Data migration from 3.0 to 4.0

FTH 4.0 for my club #5063 has come alive. Had a brief study and found out some points regarding the data migration are different from what I learned from the FTH4.0 intro. Here is what's in 4.0:
1, "Meetings", all meeting records are gone, including previous, future, saved templates. The system starter templates are still there. There are some operation tabs, ie "Agenda templates", "Meeting history", etc. but they are empty now. -- I thought the meeting records would be transferred.

2, Membership information still there. But "Meet Our Members" content is gone. -- it's the membership info still there. Member profiles are just minor issues.
3, Homepage is still there, with a new header section on top though. But the custom web pages, both public and privates, are gone. --- I am not sure about this point as there are still two public pages there which I am sure were built by us before.
Can someone confirm these changes? If it's all true it's become very important to backup the data in 3.0 before 4.0 comes alive. (I am a FTH admin of multiple clubs)
   Thanks.

What you're reporting sounds to me like something has gone wrong. Someone with more knowledge than me about the workings of the system should be able to help you out fairly shortly.

As for backing up the site, I would recommend doing it regardless. Things can go wrong or sites go offline for unforeseen reasons, some of them having nothing to do with FTH. At least, then, you have something to fall back on.

1) I believe your club number is 5963 we still have all the FTH3 data for every migrated club.

2) We have validated what is in FTH3 vs FTH4

3) there were no agenda templates or agenda rows. It doesn't look like you were using FTH for your agendas. If you have a past agenda please post it here so we can see if we can trace what happened to them. In this round only clubs who didn't create an agenda in over a year were migrated.

4) The meet our members required that the member turn on the make my profile public, this was not done in FTH3 so  it wasn't carried forward.

5) your club had a custom meet our members page and it was delete around 2026-06-07

Please let us know if you still have issues.
