Functions on FTH4 sites can't currently be hidden

At this time, functions on FTH4 sites cannot be hidden. We want clubs to see all of the features, and that's less likely to happen if those features are hidden. Thank you for your understanding.

The Guests-welcome message section format is slightly different than the hard coded text right below it. Can we adjust the formatting on the hard coded sentence to match the Guests-welcome message format?
