Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi.
Club 709694 - can login as Admin but not as a member

Thanks for all the work on the FTH4 Beta release.
I have successfully logged in as Admin but cannot login as a member with my existing username/email and password.
We appear to have no members and virtually all fields are blank/unpopulated.

Please advise.

1) toastmasters.org find-a-club says your website is
linlithgowspeakers.org.uk/ Which is NOT a FTH website

2) Club 709694 — nothing was lost, because FTH3 never had anything

 

3) The FTH3 row's own history says it all: DATECREATED 2016-01-18, LASTSAVED 2017-08-01 03:09:11 by "Unknown User - 62.232.97.146", and nothing since.

4) The site is there if you want it. If not let us know so we can remove it from FTH.
