Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Adding a Category to Meeting Attendance Reports

Good Afternoon FTH4 Support!
The Meeting Attendance Report is very useful and I like the color coding.  The attendance report currently shows present( green), absent (red), and excused (yellow); it would be helopful to distinguish present virtually from present in-person.  Members can indicate how they are going to attend a meeting; however, that attendance isn't an option in the report.  Can this be done?

It should show them both now.

Is it possible to retroactively reconcile the attendance?  We conducted a hybrid meeting on the 11th and members were present online and in person; however the attendance shows "present."  I haven't found how I can change the attendance.

Thanks for the prompt reply.  I learned two things:  1.  Agenda format must be accurate.  2.  One only need to show "Present" for an online meeting.
