Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Agenda Content Erased when Role Released

Central Alberta Skytalkers Toastmasters Club
Club 2738108

We added a row on the agenda for a Business Meeting.
I was assigned the role.
I confirmed the role.
I released the role.
All content from the item was cleared. (We had placed a number of agenda items in the row.)
I tested again and was able to repeat the bug.

You have a couple is misunderstandings on what does what.

1) Role is defined by the club in the Agenda Templates role tab - Business Meeting Chair would be a role
2) Role name are all the things a role does, Business Meeting Chair opens the meeting, Business Meeting Chair bangs his gavel
3) Default member is who is always doing the role (ie. Name of President)
4) in Agenda item description you could put a mini agenda/sequence of events

Thanks for that clarification, Brian. But the problem is the "Agenda item description" is completely erased when the person releases the role. It should be maintained so anther person can take the role without having to rebuild the agenda item.

Load your business role as you think it should be and then tell me what date it is on and let me see what is going on.
